- Afraid of commitment?
We offer month to month leases, meaning short contracts and no long term commitments.
- When can I get to my belongings?
We are open the following days and times.Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30 pm.
Saturday’s from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
- Will my belongings be safe?
To keep your belongings safe and secure, we offer state-of-the-art security that includes 24 hour videotaped surveillance, electronic gate access, good lighting and door alarms.
- Do you provide insurance?
Yes. We have partnered with SBOA insurance, a self storage tenant insurance leader. We highly recommend you purchase insurance to protect your items. Ask one of our fully trained managers to help you select the right insurance for you and your belongings.
- How much notice do I need to give to move out?
We require a 15 days written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
- Do you prorate my move out?
Billing is done on your anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated or refunded. Tenants must vacate the storage unit no later than the anniversary date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.
- Do you offer boxes and packing supplies?
Yes we do have boxes and several different packing supplies available.
- What is an On-Site Manager?
On-Site Managers work and monitor the storage facility and are there to assist you.
- Are drive-up units available?
Both of our facilities offer the convenience of drive-up units that allow you to load and unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit. We provide push carts to help you move your belongs to our other units.
- What are climate controlled units?
Both of our facilities offer climate controlled units to protect your belongings from extreme weather conditions.
- Can I store a RV/Camper/Car/Boat?
Downtown Storage offers outdoor RV/Camper/Boat storage at its 8th South location. Please contact us for further information.
- How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. We also offer our “NO LATE FEE GUARANTEE” Autopay program to all tenants. Ask a storage manager for details.
